contain updates and corrections of the service content in the SAP Solution Manager as of release 2.2
and higher. Example for services are SAP EarlyWatch Alert, Service Level Reporting,
SAP GoingLive Check.

The Service
Tools for Applications Plug-In (ST-A/PI) provides Analysis
Tools, which are required for service delivery:
- Transaction ST14 - Application monitor

The Note Assistant is

Support Packages, and modifications that have already been
implemented, which helps to ensure you implement all appropriate
fixes for your SAP component.
